Tailoring Commercial Solar Energy Solutions in Lancaster County Pennsylvania

  1. Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lancaster County Pennsylvania by Tommy Hunt: Excellent
  2. Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lancaster County Pennsylvania by Brandon Werner: I had my solar installed in June of 2023. The whole process was seamless from start to finish. My sales rep Jack Wood was very knowledgeable and as helpful as he could be. The install crew was done with everything in about 6-7 hours in 1 day! They sent a 4 man crew and everybody had a job and knew it well. A week later they sent a final inspector from the company to meet with me to go over any questions/concerns I had and to also meet the township inspector to go over the install and train him on products used! I had 1 small concern about my panel alignment so they sent out the crew the next week to raise the corner of the panels to level them up. My only complaint would be that my production was a about 10% under the projection for the year but obviously that is why it is called a projection. Outside of those 2 things I mentioned I have had no other issues. I have done and will continue to refer anyone who asks about my system to Lumina!
  3. Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lancaster County Pennsylvania by Elke Beyer: Jack is the best to work with. After spending over a year trying to decide what company to go with we found Jack to be the best at explaining the process and he walked us through it with alot of detail and support every step of the way. I would recommend him to anyone.
  4. Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lancaster County Pennsylvania by charles grebe jr: i see all the good reviews, where are the true reviews, i got nothing these people promised, i have their solar and still get big bills from met ed, opposite of what i was told, i was told they put a bigger setup on than needed and i would get money from met ed every year for what they used but instead get bills from met ed, and forget about calling salesman, he never returns calls, wish i never dealt with these people, this month, 167.00 out of my account for lumina and 144.00 bill from met ed, more than i ever paid, single man living alone
  5. Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lancaster County Pennsylvania by Ronald Rabin: Lumina Solar was great. Alex set me up with a good system, more efficient than any of the competitors quotes. That panels work well. A couple of microconverters dropped out. They honored their warranty. Seamless.
  6. Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lancaster County Pennsylvania by marika zadva: Working with Lumina Solar on my project was easy and stress-free. The team was very responsive throughout, answered my questions and explained everything step by step. The installation went smoothly and although we failed the first county inspection, Lumina came out quickly to rectify the issues and pass the inspection. The only thing I wish I had asked for is for Lumina to blow all the debris off the roof after the installation and do a careful clean-up around the house. My gutter guards were covered in asphalt pebbles and there were bits of wire, etc. from the installation. Having that cleaned up better would have make this a six-star rating, but otherwise, I have been very happy with the service and the price of the system I purchased.
  7. Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lancaster County Pennsylvania by Robert Rosenberg: We have been very happy and impressed with everything Pete Hayes and the rest of the Lumina Solar team have done. The communication and customer service have been excellent. Every step was as we discussed, on-time or ahead of schedule. The data shows that the system is running as planned. We are very happy with our decision to "go solar" with Lumina Solar
  8. Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lancaster County Pennsylvania by Ron Filipowicz: I had a very positive, 5 star experience with Lumina and specifically with the sales process led by Pete Hayes. He was very professional, transparent and thoughtful. He followed through with everything he said he would do and maintained contact with me through the whole process. He was quick to answer questions and inform me of the steps/what to expect. I’m very pleased with going solar. Lumina and Pete Hayes receive my highest recommendation.
  9. Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lancaster County Pennsylvania by Viken Patel: If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I couldn't be more happier with Phillip Jordan and the entire Lumina Solar team. From the day I contacted Phillip, he was responsive, professional and thorough in explaining and answering all my questions regarding switching to Solar. He came up with the design that fit my needs. He guided me through each and every step of the process, answering all my questions during the install. Even after my install, Phillip is always a text message away. That is the level of dedication they have towards their customers which is the main reason I went with Lumina. I even recommended Phillip to few of my friends and family members and most of them already switched to Solar. Thank you so much to Phillip and the Lumina Team for helping me in transitioning to a more sustainable future.
  10. Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lancaster County Pennsylvania by John McGreevey: I was absolutely delighted with our Lumina Solar experience here in Pennsylvania. Matt Dier was our guide throughout the entire process and he was knowledgeable, dependable, attentive to all details, and responsive to my many rounds of questions. I appreciated his customer focus. He provided us a range of options for our house and worked with us to determine the best solar arrangement for our particular situation. Once we agreed upon a plan, he helped us understand what to expect at every stage, from payment and financing to installation to SRECs. When I had a question about one aspect of our solar installation on the day the panels were being installed, Matt looked into the question immediately, got back to me right away, and fully explained that aspect of the installation. The installation team too, described what they were doing and took time to educate us about the system configuration. It is such a pleasure to interact with professionals like Matt Dier and a top-notch company like Lumina Solar and I give them my highest recommendation!
